Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once your download starts. By completing your purchase, you ask us to make the download available straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once you begin downloading.
If you change your mind before downloading your file, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
Faulty or incorrect files
If your file is damaged, won't open, or isn't what was described, contact us within 30 days. We'll send a working replacement or, if we can't fix the problem, refund you in full. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
